OUR PRICING & TAXES
- All prices are in USA Dollars (US$).
- Although we do not charge any tax on your order at the point of purchase/checkout, orders may incur import taxes that we cannot be responsible for once they enter your country. Should you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office .
PLACING AN ORDER
- Orders are to be placed online by using our store's shopping cart.
- We reserve the right not to accept any purchase order for any reason whatsoever.
- All products offered are subject to availability.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
-Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends & local Public Holidays).
- Our shipping agent is Pos Malaysia.
- Depending on the destinations, estimated delivery may take between 7 to 18 working days. Please note that delivery time quoted is just an estimate and based on the date of shipment from Malaysia.
- If expedited shipping is required, it can be arranged on a case-to-case basis. Additional charges will be incurred.
- Items will be shipped once payments clear.
IMPORT DUTIES
- You may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes, which may be levied once the shipment enters your country. Additional charges for clearance is to be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and are unable to know what they may be.
- Because customs policies vary from country to country, we advise that you contact your local customs office for clarification.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- Please carefully review your order prior to checkout. We do not allow order cancellation once an order number has been given to you.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- Due to the type of products we sell, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for all products. No product shall be accepted for returns or exchanges.
